The website has been designed for a resolution of 1024 by 768.
All our products can be accessed through the ‘Products’ button or via the links on the left hand side of each page. To find out more information about each product click on the image of the product and it will take you to a page that looks for example like: |
| | | On this page there are five styles of shopping bags, to look at each you can change the large image by clicking on any of the mini images underneath.
To see a more detailed image of the bag you can click where it says “larger image”.
If you wish to buy anything then enter the number of items you want to buy in the boxes underneath the style you are interested in, then choose “Add to basket”.
The back/next button in the bottom right section of the screen will take you onto the next bag in the section. Or you can click where it says “bags” above the image to take you back to the bag section.
If you choose to buy something you will be taken to a "View Basket page". You can look to see what is in your basket at any time by clicking “View Basket” in the top right area of the page.
On the "View Basket" page you can remove items if you change your mind. Simply check the box in the remove column and then click on “update”.
When you are ready to finish shopping click on “Checkout” which is next to “View Basket”, in the top hand right area of the page. You will then be taken through the buying process. Any boxes marked with an * have to be filled in and you cannot proceed through checkout until you have given this information.
We use HSBC as a payment gateway, which means they are responsible for taking care of your sensitive credit/debit card information rather than us. Your credit/debit card details are not kept on our computers. HSBC use up to date security encryption methods so you can have complete confidence buying from our site.
We charge £2.95 for postage and packing on each order. For orders of over £50 the postage and packing is free.
If you don’t want to buy online then you can either give us a ring on 0112 2585626 and we can take your order over the phone, or you can print and fill out the order form.
