Tierra Canela works entirely on the principles of Fair Trade.
We work with a number of producer groups in South America and Asia. They are all approved of by the International Federation of Alternative Trade (IFAT), or else have been chosen because they comply with the criteria that IFAT recommend.
We are also a member of BAFTS (The British Association for Fair Trade Shops).
