How To Manifest Your Wildest Dreams

You are a living magnet. What you attract into your life is in harmony with your dominant thoughts.

Emotions + Manifestations:

The healing journey is complex and multifaceted. We process emotions to lighten our energetic loads, but how do we move forward? One tool is manifestation.

Manifestation is creating something that wasn't possible or wasn't previously seen in your life. It starts with an intention or a declaration. Before something appears, you must declare it by convincing every cell in your body that you can go where you've never been before.

However, just because you believe something is possible doesn't mean it will happen. It takes a lot of work to get there. You’ll get tested along the way, knocking you off your path. The art of manifestation is continual work on the beliefs of self-worthiness and self-faith.

To put this into perspective, think about falling in love. Just because you love a person once doesn't mean you won't later feel doubt or anger towards that person. In an ever-changing world, emotions take solid work to maintain. Love takes as much effort as fear or anger. Repetition locks in our feelings as they orbit in and around our being.

When you are in a low-vibe state, you’ll create low-vibe experiences. Your external world is a reflection of your inner world.

Have you ever been to your favorite place on Earth and been completely frustrated because your anger didn't allow you to enjoy the magic of this sacred spot? I've had this happen countless times. The key here is to move up the energetic ladder to enjoy the experiences that most matter to you.

Abraham-Hicks Emotional Guidance Scale:

Abraham-Hicks has a concept called the "Emotional Guidance Scale." I like to think of it as an emotional ladder meant to be climbed. Abraham-Hicks explains that every emotion has an energetic frequency. Everything below contentment is low-vibe. Contentment is neutral. And everything above contentment is high-vibe. This means that once you move into contentment, you are on solid ground, ripe with the possibility of active creation.

The goal here isn't to focus on good/bad, high/low. But it is important to note where you are and where you want to go. Think in terms of upward momentum.

You need to feel stable in your emotions to move up the scale. You can't move into discouragement if your anger still feels chaotic and wild. Anger creates an excellent opportunity to take some deep breaths and stabilize yourself so you can continue to trek up this emotional ladder.

Also, if you're feeling depressed and you want to feel joy, you'll have to transcend 20+ emotional states before you arrive. Instead, focus on reaching one step up from where you are. Before you know it, you might find yourself at the top. Take it one step at a time.

When you are in low-vibe emotional states, active manifestation becomes near impossible. You want to reach contentment and above if you're going to unlock your creative energy.

Active vs. Passive Manifestation:

We are always manifesting. The image above shows the difference between active and passive manifesting. It's the difference between fate and destiny. Fate is passive, and destiny is active. One is reactive, and the other is proactive.

Passive Manifesting: When we are passively manifesting, we are prisoners of our fate and are emotionally reactive. We become locked into an unconscious cycle where we repeat traumatic or toxic patterns over and over.

  • We get a massive lump of money but quickly lose it because we identify with our label of "being broke."

  • Or, we end a relationship only to attract the same type of person in our next relationship.

Active manifesting: When we are actively manifesting, we are consciously healing our emotional traumas and creating the self-worth required to live a life of our wildest dreams! We are emotionally proactive.

  • We visualize our dream home and are guided by joy to take the steps needed to find and purchase said home.

  • We know how much value we put into our jobs, and we ask for a well-deserved raise.

Can you feel the energetic difference between these examples? The passive manifesting examples feel "closed," and the active manifesting examples feel "open."

Manifesting Steps:

1. SELF-WORTH: Feel worthy by healing whatever makes you feel unworthy.

2. CLARITY: Determine what you want and why you want it. Identify your needs. Get into alignment with your higher purpose.

  • What is my purpose?

  • Why do I want to manifest _______?

  • Is it aligned with my greater purpose?

3. ASK: Ask for what you want. Seek support.

4. SURRENDER: Surrender and let God/The Universe work its magic on your behalf.

5. BE PRESENT: Stay present and be prepared to receive.

6. REFLECT: Face the rejection if it doesn't go your way, and reflect on why you got the outcome. – Is it genuinely aligned with the core of who you are?

7. NEW ORDER: Place a new order if needed (if the thing you requested wasn't what you truly wanted or expected).

My Manifesting Example:

1. SELF-WORTH: If I feel worthless because I have difficulty making a decision. How can I ask for something I genuinely want when breaking agreements and being a flake?

2. CLARITY: I have difficulty committing to my vision because I must maintain a relationship with my mom. And my relationship with my mom and my vision cannot coexist (limiting belief). I've entered a codependent relationship where I'm looking for validation by "performing" for someone else. But I also acknowledge that I've sold out on my beliefs and boundaries and am at constant war with myself.

  • My purpose is to use my self-expression to support myself and others in creating joy while establishing boundaries to protect that joy.

  • I want to manifest emotional independence by writing and working on creative/expressive projects that showcase my unique perspective. I want to start my blog!

  • It's aligned with my higher purpose because this project will enable me to validate myself and my journey and showcase my perspective in a public forum.

3. ASK: I need to feel safe in my self-expression, so I seek support by working with therapists and life coaches.

4. SURRENDER: I work on side projects supporting my goals of clarity and self-expression. I organize my room.

5. BE PRESENT: I meditate twice daily for 10 minutes- once in the morning and again in the evening.

6. REFLECT: My blog is going great! My room looks amazing! I'm proud of what I'm creating. I still feel like an imposter, but the more I accomplish smaller goals, the more my self-worth increases, and I can fight back against whatever limiting beliefs come up.

7. NEW ORDER: I need support in coping with imposter syndrome. My goal is to feel validated in my self-expression, and I realize that imposter syndrome is blocking me. I will schedule a session with my therapist to discuss this.

After working on these steps, I felt more in control of my emotional state. I invite you to practice these steps with whatever is blocking you from manifesting your wildest dreams.

Final Thoughts:

Emotions are catalysts for manifestation. They are the fuel that will catapult you from mediocrity to a life of dream actualization and fulfillment. If you want to manifest actively, you need clarity. To gain clarity, you need emotional stability in a high-vibe emotional state. Support along the way is important.

With this knowledge, you have the foundation to realize your wildest dreams. I want to know: What high-vibe manifestations will you create next?

Remember, the sky is the limit, so think BIG!
